The Cincinnati International Airport is actually no where near Cincinnati! Instead, it’s 13 miles from the Ohio city, in Northern Kentucky. That explains how the airport got a portion of its name, Northern Kentucky International. However, most people refer to it as the Cincinnati Airport because of its association with the city of Cincinnati, Ohio.

The Cincinnati Airport offers many of the modern conveniences found in other big city airports, but one of the most notable is the abundance of food found in the terminals. Everything from coffee to steaks can be enjoyed while waiting for your flight and from well-known names like Starbucks, McDonalds and Outback Steakhouse. There’s even a Wolfgang Puck for those who prefer food by a celebrity chef.

If you have had your fill of beef and other foods, the airport’s terminals also boasts 10-minute manicures and such shops as Brookes Brothers or the several CNBC stores found in the Cincinnati Airport.
